No, we only have an online shop for now but we will soon be opening a physical shop. 
While we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that our standard turnaround time in 2021 due to the pandemic for personalized orders is 10 to 15 business days upon layout approval (not including weekends) on non peak season, and from 10 to 20 business days during peak season (SEPT-DEC).

Proofing
If your design comes with a digital proof, it will be delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation. You will need to approve your proof – we won’t send it to production until you do. If you request changes to your proof, each proofing round will take an additional 48 hours and require your change requests or approval for print.

Production
Once you’ve approved your proof or placed an order for a non-proofed item, we’ll send your order to production.

Shipping
You may choose your shipping option during checkout. We normally use LBC, Ninja Van or Dos Express courier to send our packages. Delivery times are out of control but as a general average, it takes around 3 to 4 business days to deliver. You may also choose to pick up your package or use Grab Express for faster delivery. Grab delivery fee will be paid by you upon delivery. 
We accept online payments via Credit Card using the Paypal payment gateway. This is the most secure payment gateway in the world. We also accept bank deposits via BPI and BDO. 
As much as we would love to, no, we cannot send a proof before payment has been made. 
Yes, you definitely can. Just send us an e-mail at pepaprintsph@gmail.com with your desired changes. Make sure to include your order number.  
If your item is time-sensitive, we suggest adding a RUSH fee of P250. This moves your order to the top of the production schedule and will be ready within 24 hours. We cannot offer RUSH service for orders with over 5 items. For rush orders, we suggest using Grab Express or pickup.

We can definitely do that! If you want a Notecard design, simply order any gift tag design and desired quantity, and in the NOTES section of the checkout page, indicate that you will be using X design from the Notecard section. Please indicate the exact title of the desired design. Don't worry - we won't print until you approve your layout.
No, we use only the finest quality cardstock for your stationery. Other sellers can charge lower than we do because they use thin cardstock and print inkjet home printers for their cards. We use the opposite - minimum 250 GSM thick cardstock paper printed using industrial digital printers. This means you will be getting only the finest quality from us.
Yes, we can help you create simple logos using existing stock illustrations that we have, customized to your name. We do not however illustrate logos from scratch. For this, you will need to commission an illustrator. Our logo layout fee is P1,500 for a standard logo package. If you are not satisfied with your logo layout, a partial refund will be given to protect the man hours spent making the logos.

Water resistant is a term that we use to describe a number of our label products that are NOT fully waterproof but DO offer some resistance if they get slightly wet or dirty.

Our sticker labels are able to provide some protection against water and can be wiped dry and clean if necessary – these are the products that we refer to as “water resistant”.
